2024年4月17日，盧森堡ArcelorMittal of Luxembourg向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品違反了美國337條款（侵權(quán)美國注冊專利號(hào)10,961,602、11,326,227），請求美國ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
